Will Rick Perry's Shout Out To Evangelicals Work?

There’s good news and bad news with Rick Perry’s latest campaign ad (watch below) that clearly targets evangelicals with his talk of his Christian faith.

The good news is that an ad like that will resonate with evangelicals because it comes across as sincere and authentic. Plus, Perry has the credibility to deliver it. He has always worn his faith on his sleeve.

But here’s the bad news: He’s been pretty badly stereotyped and the train may have left the station with Perry. In other words, his poor debate performances and verbal gaffes may be too much for voters to get past…even evangelicals.

HE IS RIGHT THE COUNTRY IS FOUNDED ON THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE THAT TRUTH. WE NEED TO RE-CLAIM THIS NATION IS JESUS NAME. STAND UP AND HONOR THOSE WHO HAVE FOUGHT AND DIED AND HAVE BEEN HORRIBLY WOUNDED AND LET THEM AND ALL NATIONS OF THE WORLD KNOW THAT JESUS IS LORD OVER AMERICA AND ALWAYS WILL BE LORD.

# RE: Will Rick Perry's Shout Out To Evangelicals Work?

I do not know how qualified Rick Perry is to be President, but I do know that I would be happy to vote for him, solely because I do believe he seeks God's wisdom and direction. I know that The Lord will have whomever He chooses in the White house, and His Way in America. Our part is to pray, seek His Will in our vote, and believe that His Will will be done! America's future does not rest in Politicians, but in whether American's are willing to Seek God in His word, repent and acknowledge Him. It's that simple, Seek God's wisdom, then do as He directs.
