Amy Kremer/Chairman, Tea Party Express: You can't bring 10 new people up to Washington and expect to turn this thing totally around. We didn't get here overnight, we're not going to change it overnight. But this is the first step in slowing this thing down, and it's probably going to take a couple of election cycles to get enough people up here to turn it completely around.
