Sarah Palin had some recent advice for Christine O'Donnell. She basically told her that the mainstream media has it in for her so watch out and duck.
O'Donnell agreed and now says she isn't going to do any more national media interviews.
Look, here's the deal. Don't get me wrong. The media loves to play games and go after the "conservative Christian woman." I get that. And I get why they wouldn't want to appear in a sit down with Rachel Maddow. But hey c'mon. When you shy away from talking to the national media as a whole, you don't do yourselves any favors.
O'Donnell will have an even bigger target on her back, but more than that it looks like she's not a serious candidate. I'm not saying she is not a serious candidate, but when you avoid the media at all cost it looks like you have something to hide.
It's one thing to make yourself a sitting duck with a liberal commentator. It's another to avoid sitting with reputable journalists. Not all of them are out to play the gotcha game.
