Marco Rubio Tells Brody File: "I really don’t have to go after Charlie Crist "

Florida’s Republican Senate candidate Marco Rubio tells The Brody File that he doesn’t need to go after Charlie Crist because he’s not running on any principles.

I spoke to Rubio in West Palm Beach. Watch for multiple clips now moving on The Brody File.

The video is below along with a partial transcription as well.

Marco Rubio:  “I really don’t have to go after Charlie Crist or Kendrick Meek or any of the other people running in this race. I get to run on the principles that I believe in and unfortunately the people I’m running against either have the opposite principles or they aren’t running on principles at all. I can tell you this. There are too many people in Washington that are willing to say or do anything to get re-elected.”

# RE: Marco Rubio Tells Brody File: "I really don’t have to go after Charlie Crist "

The Bush-Cheney administration and its staunchly pro-oil congressional allies returned the favor by enacting one of the most pro-oil, anti-environment pieces of legislation in history: the Energy Policy Act of 2005—itself based on the recommendations of Cheney’s secret energy policy task force. The Bush-Cheney administration’s cozy relationship with Big Oil, however, goes much deeper than one law. Rubio is endorsed by Cheney, teaparty, and Rubio's drill, baby, drill, bought for by big oil, Rubio received the largest oil donations in the state!
