The Brody File is headed to Hawaii this week to cover the Republican National Committee meetings in Honolulu.
We leave Tuesday on The Brody File private plane (full disclosure: that last sentence was a lie. I will probably be in the middle seat next to the bathroom in the last aisle back in coach) My only frustration about going on this trip is that it isn’t being held in the more picturesque, warm holiday spot off the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 13.
Well, I’ll survive I guess!
During our trip, we’ll be interviewing GOP bigwig turned Mr. Tea Party Dick Armey;RNC Chairman Michael Steele and many others.
The big story at the meetings will be this upcoming vote Friday on the “Reagan Resolution”. It’s been called “The Purity Test” because if it passes it would essentially restrict the RNC from funding Republican candidates who didn’t agree with 8 out 10 conservative principles laid forth in the resolution.
