Levi Johnston Dishes Dirt on Palin Family

Ladies and gentlemen..I present to you Levi Johnston in the role as Benedict Arnold.

I mean have you seen what Bristol Palin's former boyfriend has told Vanity Fair magazine? You think Sarah Palin is a little ticked?  Read the Vanity Fair press release below but just asking: what is the saturation point on bad press? How much can Palin take before becoming irrelevant?

NEW YORK, N.Y.—Levi Johnston tells editors at Vanity Fair about the off-camera life of the woman who almost became vice president, revealing that the Palin family's home life was very different from what was presented in the mainstream media. “Even before she was nominated,” Johnston writes, “there wasn't much parenting in that house. Sarah doesn't cook, Todd doesn't cook—the kids would do it all themselves: cook, clean, do the laundry, and get ready for school. Most of the time Bristol would help her youngest sister with her homework, and I'd barbecue chicken or steak on the grill.”

According to Johnston, Palin rarely attended her son Track's hockey games, and she often complained about her job as governor, saying it was “too hard.” She often fought with her husband, Todd, who slept in a separate room during the Republican National Convention. And, says Johnston, “there was a lot of talk of divorce in that house … times when Sarah and Todd would mention it and sound pretty serious.”

Johnston also reveals that Sarah asked Bristol and him to keep Bristol's pregnancy a secret. “She told me that once Bristol had the baby she and Todd would adopt him. That way, she said, Bristol and I didn't have to worry about anything,” Johnston writes. “Sarah kept mentioning this plan. She was nagging—she wouldn't give up. She would say, ‘So, are you gonna let me adopt him?' We both kept telling her we were definitely not going to let her adopt the baby. I think Sarah wanted to make Bristol look good, and she didn't want people to know that her 17-year-old daughter was going to have a kid.”

When Sarah came back to Alaska following the election, Johnston writes, “Sarah was sad for a while. She walked around the house pouting,” and “a week or two after she got back she started talking about how nice it would be to quit and write a book or do a show and make ‘triple the money.'” According to Johnston, “She would blatantly say, ‘I want to just take this money and quit being governor.' She started to say it frequently, but she didn't know how to do it. When she came home from work, it seemed like she was more and more stressed out.”

Initially Sarah said the campaign had been a great experience, until she began to hear McCain's people accusing her of being the reason they lost, Johnston writes. She decided to retaliate, and would say things like “I brought everything to the table” and “The majority of people were out there voting because of me!” According to Johnston, “She definitely thought she was running for president.”

The October issue of Vanity Fair hits newsstands in New York and Los Angeles on September 2 and nationally on September 8.

Its sad when backbitting and gossip are for sale now a days. I pray that Mr Johnston gets over his anger and begins to heal. Sometimes when look at the world with young eyes we don't see the big picture.

Hey, who cares what kind of person Sarah really is? As long as she's against abortion right? After all, everyone surely must remember all the hard work the last Republican administration did to stop abortion.Great job and the support they recieved from thier constituents, awesome baby!

I don't know why I continue to be amazed at the things people do without any thought about others. But even now, I am still amazed. Shame on Levi Johnson for participating in this kind of toungue lashing about the family of his child. I even feel very sorry for him. How will he explain to his child what he has done to the mother and family of his child? There is such a thing called discretion. So even if these things were/are true, what purpose does it serve? What good will it do anyone? I think that Levi is only thinking about himself and how he can benefit from this. I don't like a lot of things that Govenor Palin says, but this is still no reason to spew hate about her, her family or grandbaby. I wish Bristol and her precious little bundle many blessings. My daughter had a baby at 16 and though I was hurt just like Gov. Palin, I forgave my child and embraced her with lots of love and support. I pray for Levi that he protects his child with all the fatherly love he can posses.

I am sorry Josta46 but it is really important what kind of person represents us at home, in public, in their heart. You can't have someone who totally disregards the sanctity of marriage but stands up for the integrity of the family. I guess this thought is...it does matter who you are, what you stand for, and being able to last the race. God demands honesty, loyalty, and committment, so why don't we demand the same things of those who represent us?
