White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs spoke one on one with The Brody File from the G-20 Summit. Watch the interview above. The highlight was probably when he told me about “high level meetings” regarding their attempt to watch the Final 4 basketball tournament this weekend. Gibbs and President Obama are huge sports fans but they’re stuck in Europe during the Final 4.
Gibbs: “We’ve already had high level meetings about how we’re going to watch the Final 4 and the final game and I’m not entirely sure we’ve come up with a satisfactory outcome. We will bring you senior administration officials to brief you on those meetings. We’ve got to figure out some way to watch the finals.”
Brody:Are you going to be able to do that?
Gibbs: We’re working on it. The last thing we want to hear is just what the final score was and not see the game so we’re working on that.”
