This is crushing news for McCain. Pennsylvania is now projected to go to Obama according to ABC News.
McCain's path just got if not impossible, then virtually impossible. He's going to have to win Virginia, Colorado, New Mexico and many others. That is extremely tough. He's basically going to have to run the table. So many states to win. A major high wire act if he does it.
Remember how the Clinton campaign questioned if Obama could really win in Pennsylvania during the general election? So much for that.
The McCain camp never ran Jeremiah Wright ads in this state or any other. Wright ads did air from outside groups but McCain never pushed the issue. It very well could go down as a huge mistake.
