Palin: Calling all Females

Apparently, Sarah Palin has a way with women...white women at least.

Have you seen the latest polling. Read below from The Washington Post:

Both candidates solidified support among party loyalists during their parties' conventions, but it is the Republican nominee who enters the campaign's final stretch with newfound momentum.

Many of the shifts toward McCain stem from gains among white women, voters his team hoped to sway with the pick of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as his vice presidential candidate. White women shifted from an eight-point pre-convention edge for Obama to a 12-point McCain advantage now.

Also, read below from ABC News:

Some of McCain's biggest gains in this ABC News/Washington Post poll are among white women, a group to which "hockey mom" Sarah Palin has notable appeal: Sixty-seven percent view her favorably and 58 percent say her selection makes them more confident in McCain's decision-making. Among those with children, Palin does better yet. And enthusiasm for McCain among his female supporters has soared. White women have moved from 50-42 percent in Obama's favor before the conventions to 53-41 percent for McCain now, a 20-point shift in the margin that's one of the single biggest post-convention changes in voter preferences. The other, also to McCain's advantage, is in the battleground Midwest, where he's moved from a 19-point deficit to a 7-point edge.

Palin is about to really come under the microscope. Those numbers may change but then again what if she aces the media test? If she does, McCain may have the Ace of Spades of Hearts on his team. The Brody File has cameras everywhere and we've captured the reaction of the McCain campaign after they saw these latest poll numbers. Click here for the image we snapped.
