Riot Watch: Wilders to Show Fitna in London Friday

Dutch parliament member Geert Wilders is scheduled to air his short film Fitna in the House of Lords this Friday, March 5th.  If police lose control of the situation, you will be amazed at the street fighting and mayhem you'll see on your TV screen.

‘Fitna’ is a 17-minute movie featuring quotations from the Koran along with visuals of terrorist acts and violent speeches by Muslim preachers. This will be the second time that Wilders has been invited to the House of Lords to show the film.

Wilders was detained at London’s Heathrow airport last February before being sent back to the Netherlands.  The ban on Wilders entering the UK was overturned on appeal last October by an immigration tribunal.

The socialists and the so-called "anti-fascists" are calling on members to come out in force to protest Wilders, who they denounce as a racist. (I use the term "so-called" because the anti-fascists in Europe frequently act like fascists--beating people up and trying to stifle free speech.)

That the film will be shown on a Friday will be viewed as provocation to Muslim radicals, who typically ally with the far left anti-fascists in these kinds of protests.

The English Defence League, which says it opposes Islamic radicalism and seeks to defend free speech on the Islamic issue, has vowed to "protect" Wilders.

The technique London police have adopted in these kinds of potentially explosive situations is to keep the warring parties far, far apart. But If these groups manage to break through the police lines and get at each other, the world will get a shocking lesson on the political division over radical Islam that exists in the UK today.
