Homsexuality - The Great Deception

There are two articles I recommend you read.  One is When Christians Come Out of the Closet  and the other one is An Ex-Gay Speaks Out

Satan is a liar and a deceiver.  What do you think we as Christians need to do to keep from being deceived?  How are we to respond to our brothers and sisters in Christ who are trapped in a web of lies?  There but by the grace of God go I.

Any of us at anytime can be deceived and bound.  We must stay vigilant in our walk with Christ.  Our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities.  By locking our shields together, challenging each other and supporting each other in our walk, we can defeat the enemy. We cannot fight satan alone.

The first article will break your heart.  I am looking forward to reading and discussing your responses.  Stay strong in the Lord.

Redeemed,

Wow!! Ray Boltz in the lifestyle. Ever make anybody wonder if it really is okay to be in the lifestyle? I get up to heaven and God says, "Sydney it was okay to be gay." Would God do that?

Hearing about Ray, broke my heart. He is so anointed and gifted and I have and will continue to pray for him. I was deceived, not with this lifestyle, but still deceived, and God set me free through a dream. I dreamed that I went to a Dr's office and the physician came in walked to the surgical tray, picked up a bottle of oil, put it on his hands and applied it to my temples, then said you will be alright in just a little bit. In the dream I went home and was going to go somewhere with my husband and had to brush my hair, when I brushed my hair, bugs fell out, they were alive, and everywhere. I told my husband about the dream the next morning and God gave me the meaning. The oil was the anointing, the physician was Jesus and the bugs were stinking thinking!! God totally transformed my thinking, through that crazy dream!! We have to take every thought captive, and rebuke the enemy at the onset. I pray for everyone that is being deceived, God can and wants to set you free!!

Dear Sydney,
Someone recently asked me the same question you posted about getting to Heaven & finding out it was okay to be in the lifestyle after all. My response to this person was that, just the fact they were wondering if God would let them needlessly suffer by letting them think someone was wrong when it really wasn't, is a sign of a faulty perception of God. Sin separates us from Him, & He, as any loving father, wouldn't want us to be confused about what will draw us closer to Him & what will drive us away. I think one of the main reasons why homosexuality (& any sex outside the context of heterosexual marriage) is because it is a direct assault on one of the main reasons God created sex in the first place: mainly, to present a tangible model of God's relationship w/ His Church.

pickels9 You are right on!! We must continue to renew our minds. What do we really believe and think in our hearts. It is a daily battle. When I have wrong thoughts, I will say outloud "STOP". Then I speak the truth. I carry "STOP" cards with me with bible verses that I meditate on all day. We have got to fight satan with the truth of God's word. The BUGS are gone. Praise the Lord!!
