U.S. Says China, N. Korea, Iran Repress Religious Freedom

"It is our hope that the International Religious Freedom Report will encourage existing religious freedom movements around the world and promote dialogue among governments and within societies on how best to accommodate religious communities and protect each individual's right to believe or not believe as that individual sees fit," Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said in introducing the report.

H1N1 Crisis: Flu Guide for Ministries

To keep ministry leaders informed, Christian Emergency Network (CEN) has announced a new Flu Guide for ministries and faith-based groups. The guide was developed by the Health and Human Services (HHS) Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships with the support of the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Abortion Support Slips in Pew Poll

The Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion & Public Life and the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press have released the results of a new national poll that finds that fewer Americans express support for abortion than in previous years.
