Cranberries and Apples - Barbara Ann from Florida


Prep Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 pkg. fresh cranberries
6 large, or 8 small, apples, peeled
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar

Cooking Instructions:

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Stir every 20 minutes. It will darken and thicken as it cools. You can add red food coloring as needed, if the cranberries are not deep red. WONDERFUL!

This is a family tradition. No one in the family would feel it was Christmas or Thanksgiving without this dish.  You will love it.
