&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;2 pre-made pie shells from dairy department (or make your own)&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 carrots, peeled and diced&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 stalks celery, diced&lt;br /&gt;
1 small onion, diced&lt;br /&gt;
2 large or 3 small potatoes peeled and diced&lt;br /&gt;
2 cans chicken broth&lt;br /&gt;
2 chicken boullion cubes&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 cups chopped turkey&lt;br /&gt;
Pepper to taste&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;-------------------------------&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooking Instructions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;Cook vegetables in broth with added boullion and pepper to taste until just tender.  Add turkey and bring to boil. Turn heat off and let cool slightly.  Place pie shell in bottom of 9-inch deep dish pie pan. Carefully pour turkey/vegetable/broth mixture into crust. Place top pie crust on, seal edges and cut slits for steam to escape. Bake at 350 degrees until brown - about 40 minutes. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Great with warm bread and salad.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;1 lb turkey slices (any deli knid will do)&lt;br /&gt;
1 box stuffing (any flavor, I like Chicken Stove-Top)&lt;br /&gt;
5 or 6 potatoes, cut in quarters or smaller&lt;br /&gt;
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix in packet or jar&lt;br /&gt;
1 can of fried onion rings (French's or generic brand) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;cranberry sauce&lt;br /&gt;
1 9" X 12" greased pan&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-------------------------------&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooking Instructions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Place the stuffing in a bowl, and add just enough hot water to moisten the bread.&lt;br /&gt;
Put a heaping tablespoon of the stuffing on a slice of turkey, and roll it up. Put the roll in the center of the pan with the flap of the turkey slice facing down so as to not unroll. Place all the rolls in the center of the pan in a row. Put the cut potatoes around the rolls and pour the prepared gravy on top of it all. Pour the fired onion ring s on the top and Bake @ 350F for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Serve with cranberry cauce on the side.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;(2) 32 oz containers of Swanson 99% Fat Free (No MSG Added) chicken broth&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;1.1 pound package of colavita gnocchi (potato) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;1.5 cups of organic baby spinach, pre-washed&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Note:&lt;/strong&gt; Sam's Club has the 3, 1.1 pound packages in one box. Use a low sodium chicken broth or leftover chicken stock in place of Swanson's, if desired.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;-------------------------------&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooking Instructions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;Pour chicken stock/broth into large skillet. Tear up chicken breast, and place into broth. Add Gnocchi to broth. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;Bring to boil and turn to simmer, and cover. Leave for 20 minutes, on simmer. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;Add spinach, then remove from heat. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

3 tablespoon butter or margarine slices&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce&lt;br /&gt;

1/2 tsp white pepper&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 tsp sherry flavor&lt;br /&gt;
2 to 3 tsp Old Bay seasoning to taste&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial"&gt;Grill in pan or on George Foreman type grill or on grill outside or in oven. Preference: all are good, but I like George Foreman grill. Grill hamburger patties first, until done. Place pineapple slices and cheese on burger on grill for just a minute or two until pineapple browns and cheese melts. Put buns with butter on grill. Top burger with desired fixings and ENJOY!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
