This is one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. If you like lemon, you will love this cake and get rave reviews when severing it. I promise.
This is a recipe that my Aunt Bernice Hutchison always brought to holiday family gatherings. It's an old- fashioned treat, and it's fun to see the look on people's faces when you tell them it's made from a potato!
