Mashed Potato Candy- Ro Charlton from Manchester, TN

This is a recipe that my Aunt Bernice Hutchison always brought to holiday family gatherings. It's an old- fashioned treat, and it's fun to see the look on people's faces when you tell them it's made from a potato!

Date No Bakes- Vicki Brown from Fontanelle, IA

My two grown sons don't think it is Christmas, unless we have these. And they don't even like dates!! But they love these. Eight years ago, I was very ill and did not do much for Christmas, but I did manage to get these made.
