Ingredients:
(2) 16 oz. cans pumpkin
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Cooking Instructions:
Whisk eggs, add pumpkin, sugar and spices. Blend, add milk and blend thouroughly.
Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle top evenly with dry cake mix, sprinkle with nuts and drizzle melted butter over dry mix and nuts. Bake 55-65 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with whipped cream sweetened with brown sugar and flavored with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Enjoy warm!

This is just a good recipe for a large family gathering. It is very good warm with whipped cream, but tastes just as good the next day as a leftover.
