Ingredients:
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup oven roasted oat cereal
1 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 lbs good quality white chocolate
2 tsp oil

Cooking Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven at 325 degrees.
Line a pan with parchment paper. Spread the sliced almonds and coconut on baking sheet. Toast for 5 minutes until coconut begins to brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Combine almonds, coconut, rice cereal and died cranberries. Reserve about 1/4 cup of mixture. Place chopped white chocolate and oil in bowl and place over saucepan of steaming water to melt.
Remove chocolate from heat and fold into almond mixture. Spread evenly on parchment paper. Sprinkle reserve topping on top.
Refrigerate until cool and break into pieces.
