Christine O'Donnell on Why She Walked Out on Piers Morgan

Former Republican Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell is on tour promoting her new book, Trouble Maker: Let's Do What it Takes to Make America Great Again. One of the stops on her tour was CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight."

The taped interview aired Wednesday and is abuzz online and on the air. Why? Because O'Donnell stopped the interview after Piers Morgan continued asking her questions she says were "sexist," "sleazy," and "inappropriate."

O'Donnell says some "liberals have come to her aide" agreeing with her that Morgan was unfair. She says she's "actually glad that [the interview] happened that way."

Beltway Buzz asked O'Donnell why did she walked out. Here's her side of the story.

# RE: Christine O'Donnell on Why She Walked Out on Piers Morgan

I am not impressed by Christine O'Donnell's excuses. When a political figure OR an author agrees to appear on someone's show, that person does not get to call the shots on what questions get asked of him or her.

But Ms. O'Donnell has an absolute right to have stopped answering questions and to walk off the set, too.
