Palin endorses Delaware's O'Donnell

Sarah Palin has endorsed Republican candidate for Delaware Senate, Christine O'Donnell.  On her Facebook page, Palin wrote: "Please support Christine O'Donnell in Delaware.  She will support efforts for America's energy security, patient-centered health care reform, cutting government waste and letting the private sector thrive and prosper!"

O'Donnell is running against moderate Republican Congressman Mike Castle in a September 14th primary.  O'Donnell, who has struggled to raise money or garner support from Delaware Republican leaders received a big boost several weeks ago when the Tea Party Express set up shop in Wilmington to help get her elected. And now Palin's endorsement can't hurt.

Pundits are calling the Delaware senate seat, once held by Vice President Joe Biden, for Republicans.... IF and only IF Mike Castle is the GOP nominee facing Democrat Chris Coons in the general election this November.  If O'Donnell wins the primary, some analysts say there's no way she can beat Coons.  O'Donnell calls those predictions ridiculous.
