I am just back in my office after being in the Rose Garden to see President Obama sign the Jobs bill.
My photos are downloading, and I'll be heading back up for the Press Briefing in a bit, so I'll share more about the bill signing in a bit.
Some quick news, though. Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich., leader of the Pro-Life Democrats in the House, was given a front-row seat on the end. I noticed President Obama shook Stupak's hand and patted him on the shoulder three times. Then, it seemed like Stupak was plucked from the crowd.
Not sure if he was escorted inside to talk to POTUS about the health care bill. We'll see!
The health care bill, by the way, was the topic the President started his speech with, not jobs, although that was the reason for the event.
